The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, overseeing the development of new products, optimizing customer service processes, creating marketing plans and strategies, handling customer inquiries, providing feedback on performance metrics to senior management, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or a related field; experience in leadership roles; excellent communication skills; knowledge of CRM systems; strong analytical abilities; familiarity with sales techniques; strong organizational skills; good understanding of customer service principles; experience working with multicultural teams; familiarity with market research methods and techniques; ability to understand customer needs quickly.
