Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Barista to join our cafe in Abu-Dhabi. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates and offers a salary of 1400 AED per month. No prior work experience is required as we are willing to provide on the job training for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks according to our in-house recipes as well as engaging with customers in an efficient yet friendly manner. Other key duties include managing the inventory of products, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times, accepting payment from customers and processing orders accurately.

Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should also have basic math skills to accurately count money received during transactions as well as excellent organizational skills to ensure that products are restocked properly at all times. Knowledge of coffee making techniques is an advantage but not mandatory for this position.
