Office Manager Job - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
Qualifications & Duties:
β’ Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role or related field
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills
β’ Knowledge of office management procedures
β’ Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
β’ Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
β’ Responsible for managing office supplies inventory and placing orders
β’ Organizing office operations and procedures
β’ Developing an efficient filing system for important documentation
β’ Maintaining updated records of invoices, receipts, contracts etc.
β’ Monitoring the use of office supplies and equipment
Responsibilities:
β’ Supervise administrative staffsβ work performance
β’ Make sure that all employees comply with the companyβs policies
β’ Act as the point of contact between management and employees
β’ Coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job offers etc.
β’ Monitor employee attendance records and leave requests
Needs for the Candidate:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Β β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role is a plus Β β’ Outstanding organizational & time management skills Β β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of people at all levels inside/outside the organization
