Office Manager Job - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
Qualifications & Duties:
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of office management procedures
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Responsible for managing office supplies inventory and placing orders
• Organizing office operations and procedures
• Developing an efficient filing system for important documentation
• Maintaining updated records of invoices, receipts, contracts etc.
• Monitoring the use of office supplies and equipment
Responsibilities:
• Supervise administrative staffs’ work performance
• Make sure that all employees comply with the company’s policies
• Act as the point of contact between management and employees
• Coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job offers etc.
• Monitor employee attendance records and leave requests
Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role is a plus • Outstanding organizational & time management skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of people at all levels inside/outside the organization
