Requirements:
β’ A minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in office management or a related field
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business or related field is preferred, but not required
β’ Fluency in English is preferred, but not required

Job Duties:
β’ Supervise day-to-day operations of the office and staff members
β’ Oversee administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
β’ Monitor office expenses and budget; order supplies as needed
β’ Create reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, etc. using Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Respond to customer inquiries in person or via telephone/email
β’ Assist management with projects as needed; coordinate meetings/events when necessary
