Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office management or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred, but not required
• Fluency in English is preferred, but not required
• We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this role

Job Duties:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the office and staff members
• Oversee administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
• Monitor office expenses and budget; order supplies as needed
• Create reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, etc. using Microsoft Office Suite
• Respond to customer inquiries in person or via telephone/email
• Assist management with projects as needed; coordinate meetings/events when necessary
