Supervisor job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a qualified and experienced Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of our business in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent managerial and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.

The responsibilities of the Supervisor include supervising staff, delegating tasks, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should also provide guidance on how to improve processes, identify areas of improvement and suggest new solutions in order to increase efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
