Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Job Responsibilities: As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation. This includes setting goals, managing staff, developing budgets, implementing marketing campaigns and creating customer service strategies. You will be in charge of monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in order to successfully coordinate with suppliers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications: We are looking for a qualified individual who has at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Applicants must also have knowledge of food safety protocols as well as excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience leading teams is preferred but not required; however, we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and working independently when necessary.
