The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in the security industry, with an emphasis on risk assessment management and crisis management. This individual must be a strategic thinker and have experience leading teams in complex organizations. The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate potential security risks, develop effective strategies to mitigate them, and ensure that our systems are up-to-date with the latest technology.

The Security Manager will be responsible for the overall security of our organization, including but not limited to personnel safety, physical security, IT security, data protection, emergency preparedness & response planning. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies & procedures related to security systems & processes. Furthermore, they will need to liaise with government bodies as needed and ensure compliance with local laws & regulations.
