We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and providing strategic guidance to the team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business including staffing, customer service, financial management, and marketing activities.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies for growth and profitability.
• Monitor performance metrics and create reports for management review.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop budgets and manage expenditures effectively.
• Address customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Manager in a similar role for at least 5 years
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to collaborate with different levels of personnel
• Outstanding analytical skills; ability to identify problems quickly
• Exceptional organizational abilities; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary: 1400 AED/month (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
