We are seeking a Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1300. The ideal candidate should possess three years of management experience and be open to foreign candidates.

The successful applicant will have the following key responsibilities: developing strategies and objectives for the team, overseeing daily operations, creating standards for quality and performance, allocating resources among employees, creating and managing budgets, analyzing data to assess performance and determine areas needing improvement, developing policies to promote organizational efficiency, monitoring employee performance and providing coaching and mentorship as needed.

The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; should be able to negotiate effectively; be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills; show an understanding of legal obligations; and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

We are looking for an individual who is innovative and can bring fresh ideas to the table but is also able to work well within established systems. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential as is the ability to motivate staff towards achieving goals.
