We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi! The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through to interviewing and hiring.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be customer focused and have a proven track record in recruitment. They should also have strong organizational skills, be highly motivated and work well under pressure. We are looking for someone with experience in both traditional and digital recruitment methods as well as a good understanding of the Middle East labor market.

The successful candidate will be expected to source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals etc. They will also need to conduct initial telephone interviews, prepare contracts of employment and offer letters as well as coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers. Furthermore, they will provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants, manage onboarding processes and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

In return for their hard work we are offering a competitive salary of 1000 per month plus benefits such as medical cover. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role if they are appropriately qualified.
