Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably from the Middle East region. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen and shortlist potential candidates through job postings, networking and social media platforms;
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates;
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers;
• Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews and reference checks;
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for new hires;
• Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience;
• An understanding of recruitment procedures in the Middle East region;
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships with potential candidates;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
