Job Responsibilities
• Develop lesson plans in line with the school curriculum
• Implement instruction methods that support a positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Create engaging activities that facilitate learning objectives
• Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and needs
• Participate in staff meetings and other professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• Experience teaching Kindergarten aged children
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of child development practices
