Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team in the day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the housekeeping staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner
• Supervise and inspect the work of cleaning personnel to ensure specific cleaning standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized environment according to established safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure that chemicals, supplies, and equipment are used properly and safely
• Monitor inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
• Manage hotel laundry processes
• Liaise with external suppliers when needed
• Resolve customer complaints in an effective manner

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in housekeeping or a related field • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: AED 1,200/month. We are ready to consider foreigners.
