Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, from planning to completion. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The salary is 1500 per month, and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role. No prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring projects meet deadlines and stay within budget. They will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure successful project completion. They will also review plans and specifications; inspect progress regularly; investigate any problems that arise during construction; provide quality assurance; and ensure safety regulations are followed. Additionally, they will plan materials requirements, budgets, staffing needs, scheduling details, purchase orders, licenses and permits.

Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building materials and methods of construction. They should possess excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work with a team of people from different backgrounds. They must also be highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD is preferred but not required.
