We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the office. Duties will include but not be limited to answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:
The Office Administrator will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Flexible working hours may be required depending on the workload and other duties assigned. The successful candidate should also be available for occasional travel depending on business needs.
Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
