Office Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an eye for detail. This person will manage office operations, ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the office, and serve as a liaison between staff and management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors
• Handle incoming mail and courier/delivery services
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Assist with budget preparation and cost control procedures
• Prepare reports for management as required
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, customers, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
