We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700 per month. We are happy to consider applications from immigrants who possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the role.

As a Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards. You will oversee a team of staff members, ensuring that their workload is balanced and they have the resources they need to carry out their tasks correctly. Additionally, you will oversee staff training and development activities, maintaining accurate records of training progress. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance against targets and providing regular feedback to ensure productivity levels remain high.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment. You should possess excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate staff whilst leading by example. Excellent communication skills are essential together with sound knowledge of health & safety regulations as well as best practice in customer service. Computer literacy is also important as you may need to use various software packages to manage operations effectively.
