Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1000 SAR/Month

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including construction and infrastructure development.

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification in land surveying. Previous experience in land surveying is an advantage but not mandatory as we are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting surveys of existing and proposed land parcels using the latest technology such as GIS mapping software, aerial photography and GPS equipment. You will also be required to measure properties in order to create accurate maps and drawings.

Other responsibilities include reviewing plans and records to ensure accuracy, performing boundary line adjustments, keeping records up-to-date as needed, preparing detailed reports on survey results, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals as needed.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of local laws regarding land survey activities is also beneficial.
