Sous Chef job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in a variety of tasks related to the production of high-quality meals and food service.

The role will include a variety of duties related to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, such as menu planning, ordering and purchasing food items, preparing ingredients, cooking meals, plating dishes, managing staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sous Chef will also be expected to lead by example in terms of cleanliness and organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional kitchen environment. A degree or diploma in culinary arts from an accredited institution is preferred but not essential. We are also open to considering foreign applicants who can demonstrate good language skills and an understanding of local cuisine and traditions.
