The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant. You need to have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of different brewing methods and an attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to provide the highest quality service.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, pastries, snacks and other food items according to customer requests. You will also need to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the café area and ensure that all equipment is clean at all times. Additionally, you will need to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately and quickly, providing accurate information about the menu items, handling complaints professionally and maintaining knowledge of products available in the café.
