We are looking for a passionate and skilled Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a keen eye for detail, is highly creative and has a passion for flowers.

Responsibilities:
• Design, create, and arrange floral displays for customers.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Ensure the store is organized and clean at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products.
• Create custom flower arrangements according to customer specifications.
• Take orders over the phone or in person.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.
• Keep up with current trends in floral design.
• Maintain records of sales and inventory.

Qualifications:
• Experience as a Florist or similar role is preferred but not required.
• An artistic eye for color, shape, texture, and overall design technique is essential.
• Knowledge of flower species, care requirements, and design techniques is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills is essential.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are necessary for this role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25kgs comfortably on occasion for deliveries or supplies management/movement purposes without assistance from others (or use of machinery).
