Job Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans based on curriculum objectives, student needs and interests.
• Implement individualized instruction using various methods such as lectures, demonstrations, discussions and hands-on activities.
• Assess student progress through tests, quizzes and other assessments.
• Provide appropriate feedback to students on their progress in the class.
• Manage student behavior in a positive manner.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in developing curriculum strategies and objectives.

Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution.
• State teaching certification or eligibility for certification .
