Job Title: Teacher

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that are age-appropriate for the students in their class.
• Implementing classroom activities that promote learning and development among all students in the class.
• Assessing student performance through tests, exams, assignments, and projects.
• Monitoring student behavior and providing guidance when needed.
• Communicating with parents regarding student progress or any concerns about their child’s development or behavior.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Previous experience as a teacher is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language as well as fluency in local language is essential for this role. • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students in the class is essential. • Must demonstrate patience and understanding towards the students while also being able to enforce rules and regulations effectively when needed.
