We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to elderly and/or disabled individuals in their homes or other residential facilities. The Caregiver must be able to work autonomously and follow instructions as provided by the client.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia or other chronic conditions. They must demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. It is essential that the Caregiver is patient, understanding and can remain calm under pressure. A driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

The Caregiver will be required to perform a range of duties, including helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding; providing companionship; light housekeeping tasks; arranging medical appointments; administering medication; preparing meals; running errands and shopping; providing transportation; monitoring vital signs; and communicating regularly with family members regarding the status of the individual being cared for.

We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience - salary starting from AED 1500 monthly - plus holiday pay, sick pay and other benefits. Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred but we are also willing to consider candidates from abroad who can demonstrate experience in similar roles.
