Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, flat whites and other coffee drinks. Responsibilities include operating espresso machines, grinding coffee beans, brewing espresso shots and steaming milk. The Barista is expected to maintain cleanliness of the shop area at all times. Additionally, they will help customers with questions about beverages and food items available, take orders accurately as well as process payments using cash registers or POS systems.
