Personal Trainer - Dubai

We are looking for a passionate, motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month and the opportunity for an experienced foreign worker to join our team.

Job Description:
The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing a safe and effective exercise program tailored to individual clients’ needs, helping them to reach their health and fitness goals. Duties include assessing client’s fitness levels, developing personalized exercise plans, monitoring progress, and motivating clients to stay on track with their health goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assess individual client’s level of physical fitness
• Develop high-quality personalized exercise plans that meet each clients’ needs and goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
• Provide motivation to keep clients on track with their goals
• Instruct proper technique for strength training exercises
• Lead group classes in aerobic activities such as yoga or Zumba
• Maintain accurate records of client progress
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits

Qualifications:
• Degree in Exercise Science or similar field preferred but not required
• CPR/AED certification required
• Previous experience as a personal trainer preferred
• Knowledge of nutrition principles and practices

Salary Information: Salary is fixed at 1000 AED per month.
