Executive Chef – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a strong understanding of the local food scene. You will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring food quality standards are met.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred but not essential
• A creative flair and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
• English fluency is required; fluency in Arabic is desirable but not required
