Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and liqueurs
- Must have an interest in learning more about wine making and wine tasting techniques

Job Description:
The Sommelier will be responsible for selecting, acquiring, storing, serving and recommending wines to restaurant guests. The Sommelier will also be expected to provide expert advice on food pairings with different wines as well as offer tastings and tours to customers who may be interested. The Sommelier must keep up to date with the latest trends in the wine industry and have the ability to match these trends with the restaurant’s menu. Additionally, the Sommelier must maintain accurate records of all wines purchased and ensure that all stock is kept securely stored.
