Barista job in Dubai UAE for Indian


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working in a barista role.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare & serve coffee drinks, espresso, cappuccino, latte and other hot beverages according to customer orders
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications for all drinks
• Ensure the smooth operation of the bar during service hours
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches and desserts for customers
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Respond to customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow standards for cash handling procedures and security measures.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of preparing coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte etc.)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional language is an advantage)
• Punctual, reliable and presentable demeanor

Salary: 1300 AED/month
