Secretary vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management and other staff members. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking and transcribing dictation, filing documents, preparing reports and presentations, as well as handling general office duties.

The ideal Secretary will have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the field or a related field. They must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset but not required.

We are offering a salary of 1200 for this position. We are open to considering foreign applicants as long as they meet all the necessary requirements.
