Job Description
As an Optometrist at Zayed City, you will be responsible for evaluating patient health by testing vision functions and abilities. You will provide primary eye care through ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses or other corrective devices; diagnose ocular defects; write prescriptions; refer patients to ophthalmologists; document patient histories; and prescribe medications as necessary. Additionally, you will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated according to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Degree in optometry from an accredited university
• Licensed Optometrist in accordance with the laws of the UAE
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
• Excellent knowledge of optical instruments and lenses
• Strong understanding of latest trends in eyewear fashion
• Good communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
