Barista job in Dubai UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of coffee and tea preparation techniques, as well as a passion for customer service.

We expect the successful candidate to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff and other team members. They should be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out all tasks related to preparing and serving beverages, such as operating coffee machines, grinding beans, measuring ingredients and preparing drinks according to recipes. They must ensure that all products are delivered in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

The successful applicant will be given excellent training on all processes involved in making coffee, tea, smoothies or other beverages.
