The role of barista involves preparing coffee-based drinks for customers, as well as providing advice on products available at the shop. The successful candidate must ensure that the beverage preparation area is clean and sanitary at all times, as well as stocking all necessary supplies such as coffee beans, cups, etc., keeping up with inventory levels of food items and ensuring that all areas of the shop are well maintained at all times. The Barista will also be responsible for helping out with other tasks such as taking orders from customers, operating cash registers and making sure that all payments are processed correctly.
