Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah. The successful applicant will be responsible for the accurate measurement of land parcels, as well as the preparation of detailed maps and survey reports. This position offers a competitive salary, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor is to perform precise measurements of land parcels and boundaries using specialized equipment. This includes data collection such as determining angles and elevations for maps, researching records to determine land boundaries, and making calculations to determine areas or volumes of land parcels. Additionally, this position requires preparing detailed maps and survey reports that accurately reflect the measurements taken.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field such as civil engineering or geography. They should also have experience using surveying equipment and GIS software packages. In addition to these qualifications, applicants should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to work independently or in teams when necessary.

Additional Information:
This position is open to both local UAE nationals and foreign nationals alike; however foreign applicants must be able to demonstrate legal residence status in order to be considered for the job. The salary offered is AED 1700 per month with potential bonuses based on performance.
