Land Surveyor Job - El-Ain

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys, ensuring accuracy of all survey data, and preparing land survey reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of applicable safety practices, as well as an understanding of surveying principles and techniques. We are ready to consider an immigrant and a person with no experience.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field surveys of properties to determine precise location, boundaries, and measurements
• Analyze survey findings to create detailed maps using specialized surveying software
• Document survey activities and results in field notes, sketches, reports, and legal descriptions
• Verify accuracy of data collected in the field
• Prepare legal documents such as property descriptions for deeds or boundary agreements
• Utilize GPS, electronic distance measurement (EDM), and other survey tools
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure quality customer service
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required
• Understanding of mathematics including trigonometry; strong spatial skills necessary
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; must be able to carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Salary: 1200/Month
