Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait (Africans Preferred)

We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an office environment. We are also offering visa sponsorship for the successful candidate.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and answering phones. They will assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, greeting guests, and providing general customer service support. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies inventory and ordering new items as needed.

The successful applicant must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They should also have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. While African nationality is preferred, we are open to considering all applicants with the relevant experience.
