Experienced Librarian (Part-time) - Urgent Opening - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is a part-time position with urgent requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of library operations, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preference will be given to applicants with a degree in Library Science or a related field. The ability to speak Arabic is also preferred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for organizing and cataloguing the library’s collection, assisting patrons with finding materials and providing reference services, tracking overdue materials, and managing library databases. Other duties include providing technical assistance to patrons using computer systems and maintaining library security systems.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who is able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of current trends in library technology is preferred. Applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply; however preference may be given to those with Arabic language proficiency.
