Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our company in Abu Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 for this position and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
Our ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but the desire to grow professionally and learn new skills. The candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Your duties will include overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and conducting research; providing support for other departments; planning and scheduling meetings; coordinating travel arrangements; handling all incoming calls; managing office supplies; maintaining databases; resolving customer service issues; and more.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, an ability to multi-task with minimal supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as well as quickbooks software. An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
