Job Title: Office Manager

Salary: 1500 AED
We are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a wide variety of administrative tasks, including organizing the office, handling customer inquiries and coordinating projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth running of the administrative activities
• Maintain records of all office activities and documents in an organized manner
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses
• Supervise the staff and delegate tasks accordingly
• Coordinate projects by ensuring deadlines are met within budget
• Liaise with vendors to purchase office supplies and equipment at competitive prices
• Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with customers, suppliers, colleagues, staff, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
