Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. This includes overseeing employees, assigning tasks and monitoring progress, providing guidance and feedback to staff, liaising with other departments, and ensuring quality assurance.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience working as a supervisor or equivalent role
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to take initiative and lead by example
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using computer programs such as MS Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
• Must be fluent in English (spoken/written)
