We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources Management and be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR operations including recruitment, performance, training, payroll, and employee relations.

The HR Manager should have a strong understanding of the UAE’s labor laws and regulations and be able to develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such laws. The candidate should also be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the business including line managers, leadership teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills both verbal and written in order to effectively manage relationships with employees at all levels as well as liaising with third parties when necessary. Additionally they should have excellent problem-solving abilities, be highly organized with strong attention to detail, and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
