Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in accordance with established protocols and ensuring accurate results. Your responsibilities will include handling patient files, maintaining the lab environment clean, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an attractive salary of 1800 AED per month and is open to consider immigrants.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients using sterile techniques and safety precautions
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Follow appropriate protocols in handling patient materials
• Label each sample accurately while maintaining confidentiality of patient information
• Ensure that the lab environment is clean and orderly at all times
• Respond to inquiries from patients regarding test results in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all patient specimens collected
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
• Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred but not essential
• Good understanding of safety procedures in laboratory settings
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with patients efficiently
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
