Bank Teller – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, completing transactions, and handling customer inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in banking and finance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Previous experience in a banking environment is preferred but not necessary as we are willing to consider applicants with no experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, etc.
• Balance cash drawers accurately and efficiently
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product services
• Follow procedures for dealing with discrepancies
• Adhere to security regulations regarding transactions
• Maintain records of customer accounts
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork related to transactions
• Assist customers with the use of ATMs or other banking technologies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions when necessary
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite desired

Salary: AED 1400 per month (negotiable). We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
