We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to manage construction projects from start to finish and be able to work in a multicultural environment. They should have a good understanding of the different stages of the construction process and be willing to work with a variety of stakeholders.

The Construction Manager will need to be able to plan, organize, monitor and control projects in accordance with quality standards and budgets, while ensuring that all safety requirements are met. They should also ensure that all relevant permits are obtained for the project and that any contract agreements are adhered to. They will need to collaborate with architects, subcontractors, engineers, surveyors and other professionals as necessary. Furthermore, they should be able to read blueprints, anticipate potential problems and be willing to come up with solutions quickly.
