We are looking for an organized, motivated and highly professional office administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. As the office administrator, you will be in charge of providing administrative support to all departments in our company. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and emails, managing the general office environment and supplies, creating reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for staff members when needed.
The successful candidate should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role or any related field. The applicant should also possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Furthermore, they should demonstrate great customer service and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is essential for this position; knowledge of any other language is a plus.
