Job Description:

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to fabricate parts from metal and plastic. You should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, set up the machines, and produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions
• Load raw materials and parts onto the machine bed
• Select appropriate tools based on specifications
• Install tooling into machine per setup sheet instructions
• Set machine zero points and offsets prior to running job
• Program machines with G-code instructions or use CAM software to generate code
• Monitor machine operations while producing parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic maintenance of the CNC machinery, such as performing regular checks on coolant levels
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in CNC operations preferred but not required
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
• Ability to program CAM software or use G-code programming language
• Knowledge of machining processes such as milling and turning
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems independently
