Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD per month

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing leadership and direction to our team. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Develop strategies to optimize performance of staff
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training and evaluation of personnel
• Monitor daily operations and take corrective action when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols, regulations, and safety standards
• Track performance of employees and provide feedback as needed
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Keep detailed records of activities such as sales transactions or employee attendance data
• Prepare reports on operational progress, customer feedback, problems encountered etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of company policies, standards of conduct, safety protocols etc.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication (oral & written) organizational & time management skills
