Hotel Manager Vacancy - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1200. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and calm under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel including staff management, customer service, budgeting, marketing and strategic planning
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maximize profitability
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling decisions and performance evaluations
• Monitor room occupancy rates and revenue goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
